Everseiko Indonesia is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Product Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality products and our diverse customer base, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about sales performance and relationship management. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve ambitious growth targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive tire product growth within the designated region.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and provide expert technical consultation to clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory alignment.
  • Resolve client complaints or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or product management, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
