In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our product capabilities and our clients' success.
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project execution for our partner accounts. You will manage complex account activation processes, ensuring that every merchant or client is onboarded smoothly and efficiently. Beyond execution, you will serve as a guardian of data integrity, providing precise reporting and documentation that drives our strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Lead account activation processes, serving as the primary point of contact for new merchant setups.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product workflows, training materials, and SOPs.
- Generate accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-departmentally to resolve technical bottlenecks and service interruptions.
- Monitor product feedback and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company guidelines during all client interactions and project handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, product management, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data management tools and spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Lalaan I, Cavite.
