Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of the assigned product portfolio.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and clinical presentations to healthcare providers and hospital stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end product implementation process, ensuring seamless adoption in clinical settings.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical professionals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective product positioning strategies.
- Provide clinical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
- Organize and facilitate medical workshops, seminars, and training sessions for medical staff.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to drive brand awareness and achieve revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, medical sales, or clinical application within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and translate complex technical information into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel locally as required to meet clients and support clinical demonstrations.
