Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to potential and existing clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to ensure optimal client adoption and satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team, contributing to product enhancements and future roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging, sales tools, and campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and our evolving product features to maintain expertise.
- Assist in the creation of product-related documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Product Specialist, Technical Sales, Customer Success, or similar client-facing role, preferably in the SaaS or facilities management industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and presentation tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
