Tanggung Jawab
- Product Advocacy: Lead product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, effectively highlighting key features and benefits to drive conversion.
- Training Delivery: Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs to onboard new users and upskill existing customers on product usage and features.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, answer complex inquiries, and facilitate deal closures.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring a seamless experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements, suggest strategic sales initiatives, and track product performance.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating sales collateral, user guides, and technical documentation to support the go-to-market strategy.
- Service Quality Assurance: Monitor service standards to ensure consistency across all client interactions and support channels.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Product Specialist, Sales Support, or Customer Success role within the tech or service industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of product lifecycles and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.
- Customer Focus: A genuine passion for customer success and a track record of maintaining high service quality standards.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
