Tanggung Jawab
- Lead product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new CAFM/CMMS clients.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for software-related inquiries.
- Gather and document user feedback to collaborate with our product development team on feature improvements.
- Create and maintain high-quality product documentation, user guides, and training manuals.
- Analyze facility maintenance data to assist clients in optimizing their asset performance.
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure client environments are running at peak efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage project implementations and rollout schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CAFM, CMMS, or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly instructions.
- Experience in facilities management, real estate, or property technology (PropTech) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management basics.
