Collaborate with engineering teams to develop application solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support to clients across manufacturing, logistics, and automation sectors. Shape our market presence through competitive analysis and customer relationship management while maintaining deep knowledge of hydraulic components, power transmission systems, and automation solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and promote portfolio of hydraulic/power transmission brands (THK, Unipulse, Nissei GTR, OPK) in Indonesian market
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and application training for clients
- Develop market strategies to increase product adoption and sales growth
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customized material handling solutions
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify new market opportunities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales troubleshooting
- Prepare sales collateral and technical documentation
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in automation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in hydraulic systems or power transmission products
- Deep knowledge of material handling equipment and automation solutions
- Strong technical presentation and client communication skills
- Experience working with industrial distributors or OEMs preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in hydraulic systems or mechanical maintenance is a plus
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in field environment
