Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product promotion strategies for Implant, Radiology, Cardiovascular, and Endoscopy portfolios
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical support for healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical professionals and hospital stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide technical product support and troubleshooting during clinical procedures
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations at medical conferences and workshops
- Submit regular reports on market intelligence, sales performance, and customer needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related health sciences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, clinical applications, or product specialization
- Deep understanding of Implant Orthopedic, Radiology, Cardiovascular, or Endoscopy procedures
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with clinical audiences
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex medical data and technical specifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building professional networks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent regional travel
