Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive product training and technical support to clients across Indonesia
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and workshops for Analytik Jena instruments
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized solutions for industrial and research clients
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
- Prepare technical documentation and marketing collateral in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Act as primary liaison between clients, R&D, and technical support teams
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform product positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related scientific field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in product specialist or technical sales role
- Deep knowledge of analytical instrumentation and laboratory workflows
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to train diverse technical audiences
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Certification in Analytik Jena products or similar analytical technologies preferred
