Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute interactive product training sessions for internal teams
- Develop comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Conduct brand education programs to ensure consistent messaging and compliance
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance support to address skill gaps
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics
- Generate detailed reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on product developments to maintain training relevance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in product training or instructional design
- Proven experience developing engaging training materials
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to analyze complex products and simplify concepts
- Experience with learning management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis experience for reporting purposes
