Tanggung Jawab
- Design and facilitate comprehensive product training programs for internal sales teams and stakeholders.
- Develop high-impact training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and video guides.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and our latest company offerings.
- Assess individual and team performance to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align product messaging with current sales campaigns.
- Conduct on-the-floor training and demonstration sessions to boost product knowledge and sales conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate training, education, or professional coaching.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong background in sales or retail environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative training tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules effectively.
