Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to retail teams and partners in Mandarin and English.
- Create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and interactive guides to support training initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with product launches and campaigns.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, continuously improving programs.
- Provide coaching and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to ensure content relevance.
- Manage training schedules and logistics for global and local training events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Trainer or Content Creator, preferably in tech or retail.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong creative writing and content development abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and video editing software is a plus.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
