Tanggung Jawab
- Design and iterate mobile-first UI/UX interfaces for AI-powered real estate applications
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across product portfolio
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
- Optimize user flows for property search, transactions, and personalized recommendations
- Stay current with emerging AI design trends and accessibility best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with mobile applications
- Portfolio demonstrating work on AI/ML-driven products or complex data interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies
- Knowledge of real estate or proptech industry preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
