We are currently seeking a creative and motivated Production Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the production team through every stage of the video creation process. Your responsibilities will range from assisting on set with lighting and camera setups to helping manage production schedules and shot lists. You will also play a key role in pre-production by conducting location research and coordinating with clients to ensure project requirements are met. On the technical side, you may assist the editing team with organizing raw footage and media libraries. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to learn the ropes of video production.

- Assist the production team during video shoots, including setting up lighting and grip equipment.
- Manage production schedules and organize detailed shot lists to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct location scouting and research to prepare for upcoming shoots.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Assist the post-production team with organizing raw footage and media files.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized set environment during filming.
- Handle administrative tasks related to production planning and logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about filmmaking, video production, and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
