Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to lead operations in a dynamic and fast-paced dairy environment? ABC Kogen Dairy is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our production lines and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our dairy processing facilities, specifically focusing on UHT and aseptic processing technologies. You will champion Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance are never compromised. The ideal candidate will drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and boost overall operational excellence.
As a Production Manager, you will lead a diverse team of operators and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with quality assurance and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and meet production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production operations for dairy, UHT, and aseptic processing units.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations at all times.
- Lead and mentor production staff, conducting training and performance evaluations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production volume, quality, and cost metrics.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the dairy or food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of UHT and aseptic processing technologies.
- Expertise in GMP, HACCP, and food safety management systems.
- Demonstrated success in Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
