Join Everpro as a Production Supervisor and lead critical manufacturing operations for optical engines and modules. This role drives New Product Introduction (NPI), optimizes production processes, and ensures operational stability in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll spearhead defect analysis initiatives, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and maintain rigorous quality standards to meet global specifications. Position reports directly to the Plant Manager and offers opportunities to mentor cross-functional teams while collaborating with engineering, quality, and supply chain departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead production teams to achieve daily output targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from prototype to mass production
- Optimize manufacturing processes through Kaizen events and lean methodologies
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Monitor production KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap) and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment calibration activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing supervision, preferably in optics/electronics
- Strong experience with NPI, process optimization, and defect reduction methodologies
- Proficiency in manufacturing software (MES, ERP) and data analysis tools
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with team management experience
