Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Allocate and optimize resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and output.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control standards throughout the production process, minimizing defects and ensuring product excellence.
- Monitor production performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe and healthy working environment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to enhance their skills, productivity, and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Maintenance) to resolve issues and improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Prepare regular production reports, detailing progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using production management software and standard office applications.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
