PT. Eudonia Nasional Indonesia, a reputable manufacturing company located in Cikarang, West Java, is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) to lead our production planning and inventory management operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing inventory to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery to our customers. You will lead a dedicated team, develop production schedules based on demand forecasts, monitor stock levels, implement inventory optimization strategies, and collaborate closely with procurement and sales departments to align supply with demand.
As a Supervisor, you will also be accountable for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, proven leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock, reduce excess, and prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Lead and supervise the PPIC team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports on production status, inventory performance, and delivery metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control (PPIC) in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, MRP, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
