- Perform precision machining operations on various materials using CNC mills/lathes
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Document production activities and maintain quality control records
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in precision machining operations
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and measuring instruments
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Ability to read technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Basic knowledge of material properties and machining techniques
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
