In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our critical printing and assembly machinery, ensuring that our production lines operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.

You will be the first line of defense in preventing operational disruptions, performing both routine preventive maintenance and complex corrective repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on printing presses and assembly line equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in production machinery using standard tools and diagnostic software.
- Monitor machine performance metrics and execute corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve yield.
- Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors and operators to resolve technical issues during critical production runs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance logs and service reports for all equipment.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new production equipment and machinery upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably within the printing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals.
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or spreadsheets for record-keeping.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime during peak production periods.
