You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring that all chemical processes comply with safety and environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate water treatment plant equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular checks and preventative maintenance on chemical dosing systems and filtration units.
- Collect water samples and perform basic chemical testing to ensure output quality meets regulatory requirements.
- Record operational data, instrument readings, and maintenance logs accurately to ensure production traceability.
- Handle, store, and manage chemical supplies safely, adhering strictly to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) guidelines.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical or process anomalies to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve facility efficiency and cleanliness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or water treatment environment is a significant advantage.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Ability to perform shift work and remain physically active throughout the shift.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas industrial area.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and digital reporting.
