Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precision assembly of complex laser systems and optical components according to detailed technical blueprints.
- Conduct functional testing and rigorous calibration of products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues or malfunctions during the production process.
- Operate specialized precision tools and high-tech manufacturing equipment within a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including assembly logs, test results, and quality assurance checklists.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to suggest process improvements and enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards and cleanroom protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate optical parts.
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours while maintaining high productivity.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
