Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and bake high-quality breads, pastries, and cakes according to established recipes and production schedules.
  • Ensure consistent product quality, appearance, and taste through precise measurements and techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance (HACCP).
  • Manage inventory of raw ingredients and assist in the ordering process to minimize waste.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including commercial ovens, mixers, and proofers.
  • Collaborate with the head baker and kitchen staff to develop new seasonal menu items.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and report any stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Ensure timely preparation of products to meet daily store requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, baking temperatures, and pastry techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with early morning or flexible shifts.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent food quality.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Relevant vocational certification in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry is a plus.
  • Passionate about creating artisanal products and keeping up with current bakery trends.
