In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality breads, pastries, and artisanal baked goods that our customers love. You will work in a fast-paced, creative environment where precision, passion, and a commitment to food safety are paramount. Whether you are scaling ingredients, mastering dough fermentation, or perfecting the finishing touches on our signature pastries, your work will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, proof, and bake a wide variety of breads and pastries according to standardized recipes.
  • Ensure all products meet the highest quality and presentation standards before they hit the display cases.
  • Monitor baking temperatures and times to ensure consistent product output.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in accordance with HACCP and local food safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and notify the supervisor when restocking is required.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production for daily operations and special orders.
  • Operate and maintain specialized baking equipment, including commercial ovens, mixers, and proofers.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a professional kitchen or bakery.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient properties, and dough handling.
  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredient bags (up to 20kg).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle early morning shifts or flexible schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to food presentation.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to the company's specific baking standards.
