Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and artisanal goods according to BreadTalk's global standards.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and visual appeal of all bakery products.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and prepare requisitions for baking ingredients.
- Operate professional baking equipment such as deck ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure product display freshness and availability.
- Assist in the development of new product lines and seasonal specials.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Baker or Assistant Baker, preferably in a high-volume retail bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and proofing processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle early morning or rotating shifts.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive manual tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
