- Perform professional facial and body treatments tailored to individual client skin types and concerns.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for all equipment and treatment areas.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail beauty products.
- Ensure a seamless and relaxing client experience from consultation to post-treatment care.
- Manage booking schedules and maintain accurate client records and treatment history.
- Assist in the promotion of seasonal beauty packages and service upgrades.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in the aesthetic industry.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a recognized certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related discipline (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or MQA-accredited).
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Beautician or Aesthetician.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy and common skin conditions.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work professionally in a healthcare-oriented environment.
- Punctual, well-groomed, and maintaining a professional appearance.
