Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of common corridors, stairwells, and lift lobbies.
- Ensure all common area surfaces, including handrails and light switches, are dusted and sanitized regularly.
- Manage the collection and disposal of waste from designated bin centers, ensuring compliance with local hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of external surroundings, including walkways and ground-level perimeter areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, such as broken light bulbs or structural defects, to the management team promptly.
- Maintain proper care and storage of cleaning equipment and chemical supplies.
- Ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and professional conduct.
- Must own and wear appropriate uniform: Black or Dark Blue pants paired with enclosed, safe footwear (cover shoes).
- Willingness to work a part-time schedule in various Singapore locations.
- Good communication skills in English or the local vernacular.
