Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily deep cleaning of the cafe interior, including dining areas, service counters, and restrooms.
- Ensure tables are cleared, sanitized, and reset promptly for incoming guests.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas in compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling procedures, and stock replenishment of cleaning supplies.
- Deep clean floors, windows, and fixtures on a scheduled basis.
- Monitor and address any maintenance or sanitation issues immediately to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
- Assist team members in maintaining a clean and orderly environment during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a professional cleaning or housekeeping role is highly preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a dynamic cafe team.
- Excellent time-management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle cleaning equipment safely.
