As our Car Painter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of vehicle paint projects, from meticulous surface preparation to the final high-gloss polish. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-quality paint application using advanced HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray systems.
- Perform precise color matching and tinting to ensure seamless blend results.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces through thorough sanding, masking, priming, and masking techniques.
- Conduct professional paint rectification, including wet sanding, compounding, and polishing.
- Inspect work at various stages to ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain paint booth equipment and spray tools in optimal working condition.
- Document material usage and project status accurately to ensure efficient workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Professional Car Painter or Automotive Refinisher.
- In-depth knowledge of HVLP systems and modern automotive paint technology.
- Expertise in color matching processes and techniques.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in an environment requiring attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of safety protocols regarding paint chemicals and ventilation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Relevant certification in automotive painting or equivalent vocational training is a plus.
