Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned work areas including floors, restrooms, and common spaces
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure high sanitation standards
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to company safety protocols and environmental standards
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and light lifting
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
