Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of Airbnb units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Execute detailed sanitization protocols for high-touch surfaces and guest amenities
- Manage efficient guest turnovers ensuring units are fully stocked and guest-ready within specified timeframes
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, checking appliance functionality, and reporting damages
- Inventory and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities according to established standards
- Adhere to property-specific cleaning checklists and brand guidelines
- Communicate effectively with property managers regarding maintenance issues and special guest requests
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in hospitality or short-term rental environments
- Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently in multi-unit settings
- Trustworthy and respectful of guest privacy and property security
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
