Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, kitchen spaces, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage waste disposal and recycling protocols according to health standards
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper storage of chemicals and equipment
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety procedures
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain seamless operations
- Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of food service sanitation standards and practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
