Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors across various surfaces.
- Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas, restrooms, and common zones to ensure public health safety.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and office equipment to maintain a professional appearance.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying bins and transporting refuse to designated collection points.
- Monitor and replenish consumable supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toiletries in a timely manner.
- Report any facility damages, maintenance requirements, or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the proper dilution and safe handling of cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS).
- Maintain and store cleaning machinery and tools in good working condition after daily use.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and standing for long durations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality to adhere to strict cleaning schedules.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively in a professional setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- A positive attitude with the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.
- Willingness to undergo training for specialized cleaning equipment if required.
- Residency or accessibility to the Central Region of Singapore.
