Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the primary or secondary school level.
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written) with excellent pedagogical skills.
- Deep understanding of modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- High level of patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for youth development.
- Possess a valid teaching license or certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong sense of reliability.
