In this role, you will be the visionary behind the floral aesthetics that define our guest experience. From grand lobby arrangements that welcome our visitors to intricate centerpiece designs for weddings and high-profile corporate events, your work will serve as the centerpiece of our hotel’s atmosphere.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements for the hotel lobby, guest rooms, and dining areas.
- Manage inventory, including ordering fresh flowers, foliage, and decorative supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare elaborate floral displays for weddings, conferences, and special events hosted at the hotel.
- Ensure the longevity of floral arrangements through proper cutting, hydration, and daily maintenance.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure floral designs align with client themes and color palettes.
- Maintain a clean and organized floral workspace and workshop area.
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends, design techniques, and seasonal availability.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience as a Florist, preferably in a hotel or luxury event setting.
- Exceptional artistic ability and a strong understanding of floral design principles.
- Knowledge of various flower species, their care requirements, and seasonal availability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays to accommodate event schedules.
- Strong physical stamina, as the role requires standing for long periods and lifting floral supplies.
- Excellent creativity and a keen eye for color, texture, and composition.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure during high-traffic event periods.
