Tanggung Jawab
- Design and assemble high-quality floral arrangements, including hand bouquets, table arrangements, and customized flower boxes.
- Condition and prepare fresh flowers daily, ensuring optimal hydration, trimming, and quality control.
- Manage flower stock and inventory levels, minimizing wastage while keeping the studio stocked with seasonal blooms.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work stations and display areas to preserve floral health.
- Assist with customer inquiries, orders, and advising clients on floral selections and care instructions.
- Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure all arrangements are securely packed and dispatched on time.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Florist, Floral Assistant, or in a fast-paced retail floral environment is highly preferred.
- A strong eye for color harmony, texture, and modern floral design trends.
- Good knowledge of various flower types, foliage, and their specific care and handling requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, especially during peak seasonal rushes (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle floral prep materials.
