PT SEAFRA EIGHT SEJAHTERA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Professional Gardener to join our team in the beautiful city of Batu, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the beauty, health, and functionality of our property's greenery. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to horticultural excellence.
As our Gardener, you will work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure that our landscapes are not only visually stunning but also well-maintained throughout the seasons. This is a hands-on position that requires consistency, physical stamina, and a deep understanding of plant care and garden maintenance techniques.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and treating pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies promptly.
- Execute pruning, hedging, and weeding tasks to promote healthy plant growth and aesthetics.
- Manage soil health through fertilizing, composting, and proper aeration techniques.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Design and plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants according to landscape plans.
- Ensure efficient irrigation management and water usage across the property.
- Collaborate with the facilities team on larger landscape renovation or seasonal projects.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Gardener or Landscaper, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and seasonal gardening requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to operate gardening hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, shears).
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of landscape design principles is a significant advantage.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Attention to detail regarding plant aesthetics and cleanliness of grounds.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and follow health and safety guidelines.
