Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain hospital lawns, garden beds, and decorative shrubbery to ensure a professional and aesthetic appearance.
- Perform routine plant care, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weed control.
- Manage the disposal of garden waste and ensure all outdoor walkways are clean and free of debris.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor plant health and report any pest or disease issues to hospital management.
- Assist in the installation of new plants, seasonal flowers, or landscaping features as required.
- Ensure the hospital grounds adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training in Horticulture or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in professional landscaping or gardening.
- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and seasonal gardening requirements.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a hospital or corporate campus setting is a distinct advantage.
