Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional hair spa treatments including deep conditioning, scalp massages, and specialized therapies
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair/scalp conditions and recommend treatments
- Ensure strict hygiene protocols for equipment, tools, and treatment areas
- Upsell premium salon products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment histories for personalized follow-ups
- Collaborate with other therapists to create cohesive wellness experiences
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product innovations
Kualifikasi
- Professional certification in cosmetology, hair therapy, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hair spa or luxury salon environments
- Expert knowledge of hair/scalp anatomy and diverse hair types
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport
- Proficiency in using premium hair care products and specialized equipment
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
