Tanggung Jawab
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold textiles according to fabric type and care instructions
- Operate industrial laundry equipment including washing machines, dryers, and pressing tools
- Inspect items for stains or damage and apply appropriate treatments
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Adhere to safety protocols and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in laundry services or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
