Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, or Instagram.
- Demonstrate products clearly, answering viewer questions in real-time to drive sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and promotional scripts.
- Maintain a professional yet authentic brand persona throughout all broadcast sessions.
- Analyze viewer engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve stream performance.
- Manage technical equipment setups (lighting, audio, camera) to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
- Create engaging, short-form content clips from live sessions for social media promotion.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a background in performing arts/broadcasting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently and confidently in front of a camera.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with current social media trends, live commerce features, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required by streaming schedules.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and sales funnels.
- High level of creativity, high energy, and a positive, problem-solving mindset.
