Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and energetic live streaming sessions on various platforms to boost audience interaction.
- Develop creative content and scripts to keep the audience entertained and informed.
- Monitor and respond to viewer comments and questions in real-time to build community rapport.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live sessions with promotional campaigns.
- Analyze viewer data and feedback to improve future streaming performance and engagement metrics.
- Ensure technical equipment (lighting, audio, camera) is set up correctly before every session.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable brand persona throughout all broadcasts.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a live streamer, content creator, or a related field in entertainment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle live broadcasting pressure effectively.
- Proficiency with live streaming software (e.g., OBS, platform-specific streaming tools) is a plus.
- High creativity and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Jakarta Pusat.
