- Perform high-quality makeup applications tailored to individual client needs and occasions.
- Provide expert advice on beauty products, skincare routines, and application techniques to upsell effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through personalized consultations and professional product recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming workstation that reflects our luxury brand standards.
- Develop and manage social media content, including makeup tutorials, product spotlights, and 'before & after' transformations to boost digital engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Professional Makeup Artist or Beauty Advisor.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in makeup styles (e.g., bridal, fashion, natural/everyday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs in a retail environment.
- Active presence on social media platforms with basic knowledge of content creation (photography/reels).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance consistent with the luxury beauty industry.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in Makeup Artistry or Beauty Therapy is highly preferred.
