Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on heavy machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues accurately and perform timely repairs.
- Inspect equipment components for wear and tear, documenting findings and scheduling necessary parts replacement.
- Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all repair tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment to promote safe working conditions.
- Keep accurate records of service history and repairs completed for all assigned assets.
- Work independently to meet production schedules with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience as a Mechanic or in a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and engine maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently under pressure.
- Certificate in Automotive Engineering or a recognized vocational trade qualification is highly preferred.
