In this role, you will play a pivotal part in capturing the essence of our corporate events, brand activations, and promotional activities. We are looking for someone who doesn't just take pictures, but documents moments that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for high-quality event coverage, ensuring that every shot is professional, engaging, and ready for publication across our digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our visual assets meet the high standards expected by Orang Tua Group. Tanggung Jawab
- Capture high-quality, professional photographs during corporate events and brand activities.
- Operate professional camera equipment and lighting gear to ensure optimal visual results.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to understand the specific creative direction and shot lists for each event.
- Maintain organized and secure digital storage of all raw and edited files.
- Perform post-processing and basic retouching to deliver polished images within specified timelines.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in top condition for every shoot.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with event attendees and company staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing event or commercial work.
- Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems, lens selection, and portable lighting techniques.
- Strong skills in image editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict post-production deadlines.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Willingness to travel to various event locations within Surabaya.
