Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for ink, art, and island culture? We are Bali's fastest-growing tattoo studio, and we are looking for a creative, high-energy Photographer & Videographer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to document the artistry of world-class tattooers, capture the vibrant shop atmosphere, and elevate our brand's presence in the global digital space.
As our in-house visual expert, you will be responsible for creating high-impact content that resonates with our audience. Whether it is filming a time-lapse of a complex sleeve session or capturing high-definition portraits of our clients' finished pieces, your work will directly drive our marketing success. We are looking for an individual who is not just technically proficient with a camera, but also has an eye for social media trends and the fast-paced nature of the tattoo industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
- Capture high-resolution documentation of tattoo sessions, studio events, and guest artist spotlights.
- Develop a consistent visual identity and aesthetic for the brand across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and content calendars.
- Manage post-production workflows, including color grading, retouching, and video editing.
- Maintain and organize the studio's media library and equipment inventory.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging photography and videography trends within the tattoo and lifestyle industries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling for social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse clients and artists.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for lighting, composition, and detail.
- Willingness to work on-site at our studio in Bali.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
