Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects for students of varying ages and academic levels.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents regarding development milestones.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.
- Prepare effective teaching materials and assessments aligned with the current curriculum standards.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with parents and school management.
- Participate in periodic professional development workshops to stay updated with modern teaching methodologies.
- Manage classroom discipline effectively, fostering a culture of mutual respect.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a tutoring or classroom teaching role is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English and/or Malay; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Patient, reliable, and passionate about fostering a love for learning in children.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on lesson planning and time management.
