Tanggung Jawab
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-engagement videos including tutorials, highlights, and short-form social media content.
- Apply creative transitions, color grading, and sound design to elevate the visual storytelling.
- Ensure all exported files meet specific resolution, aspect ratio, and file format requirements for different platforms (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
- Work closely with the creative lead to incorporate feedback and iterate on video drafts.
- Manage multiple project timelines to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, editing techniques, and social media algorithm preferences.
- Optimize video assets for maximum retention and viewer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or relevant portfolio showcasing high-quality work.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of social media content trends and platform-specific formatting.
- Strong attention to detail with an excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual composition.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to video encoding and file management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn raw concepts into compelling visual stories.
