Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality welding tasks on various metal components according to technical blueprints and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, or Arc welding machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with industrial health and safety regulations.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as required.
- Collaborate with shop supervisors to meet production deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment to ensure longevity and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Welder in a similar industrial setting.
- Possession of a valid welding certificate or license from an accredited technical institution is highly preferred.
- Fresh school leavers with vocational training or technical certifications are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and shop drawings.
