Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and measurements to plan welding layouts.
- Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on various metal components and structures.
- Inspect finished products for defects, cracks, or imperfections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Set up and calibrate welding equipment and machinery according to specific job requirements.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting parts to ensure proper fit and fusion.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and project deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
- Relevant technical certification or NTC/NITEC in Welding, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with various metal types, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and protective gear requirements.
